Delicious, Home-Style Meals

Good food brings people together, and our dining room is the heart of that connection. Each day, our chef and kitchen team prepare home-style meals that balance comfort and nutrition. Enjoy a self-served continental breakfast each morning, followed by chef-prepared lunches and dinners served fine-dining style. We also celebrate with special meals and themed events throughout the year, making dining one of the highlights of life at Sherwood House.

If you’re feeling unwell or isolating in your suite, meals will be delivered at no charge. Tray delivery is also available upon request for a small fee. Guests are welcome to join you for a meal any time – simply provide a little notice for the chef, and a modest guest fee applies.

Thoughtful Daily Services

Weekly housekeeping and flat linen service keep your suite fresh and comfortable, while free personal laundry facilities give you flexibility when you want it. Premium suites also include in-suite laundry and full kitchens for added convenience. All utilities (except cable, internet, and telephone) are included in your monthly fee, so there are no hidden surprises.

Activities and Engagement

Our Activity Coordinator ensures every week brings something to look forward to — from exercise programs and arts and crafts to live entertainment, movies, socials, and special celebrations. Whether you’re playing bridge, enjoying an ice-cream social, or joining a community outing, there’s always an opportunity to connect and have fun.
